The weather in the UK has been horrible, just as it has been in the US and elsewhere. The North
and Scotland had 100mph winds today; it was much better in the South where I live, but the winds
were still very gusty and I got drenched at lunchtime.

So, we have another flower photo. I am not much of a flower fancier ... I do like to look at them,
but I wouldn't know one variety from another, and they usually die whenever I come near them. The Wife
(who is feeling better) tells me that the big, red, beautiful blossoms in the kitchen are amaryllis.
I don't know what they are, but the colour is superb (i.e. I did not play with Photoshop this time).

I hope the weather will allow me to take an outdoor photo tomorrow.
