Starting b/w Conversion with Curves Strong S-Curve

Following the brief instructions by a DPreview poster, I started with a strong Curves S-Curve, then applied a b/w filter and adjusted the color strength sliders to get the rendition I found pleasing. Then used Harald Heim's BW Styler plug in and applied a little grain - maybe too much, then softened with Heim's FocalBlade Soft Blur.
