Was working on editing weird Sony A7iii color and decided to convert this to b/w with the help of Anthropics Portrait Professional and Harald Heim's BW Styler. Portrait Professional did away with most of the wrinkles, and brightened the eyes. Tweaked afterwards with photoshop to get rid of creeping lipstick under the lower lip. Cheap plastic surgery, I guess.
