The black and white rendering greatly enhances comprehension -- nothing stands in the way of the contemporary smoker etched on ancient brick juxtaposed against a primitive ladder.

One of my favorites. I love how the linear pattern leads to the woman's face showing China's favorite pastime - smoking.
