Giant Tachina Fly

This amazing fly is actually known as "Spiny Tachina Fly" but that name does not do it justice. In the
first place all tachina flies -- and there are lots of them -- are spiny, but more important is that this one
is seriously HUGE: measuring 18 millimeters overall, it's a big as a large bumblebee or carpenter bee.
