Getting past this bush would not be a problem and I looked forward with great anticipation
to exploring the terrain beyond it. Then I noticed something that stopped me cold: the
leaves of the bush were in groups of three. Alarm bells went off in my head: POISON IVY!

Well, I wasn't positive it was poison ivy, but I wasn't certain that it wasn't, either. This,
then, became my turn-around point. Man, was I frustrated! But better a little frustration than a
few weeks of skin agony. After I got home I created a gallery documenting the vine in detail so
plant experts could identify it.
