This natural gas pipeline supplies the potash mine, two miles (3km) away. For much of its
length is sits on wooden blocks that are set on the ground: this is to keep the outer
pipe away from ground moisture. Here the line is housed inside a metal tunnel that has
screen-ramps on both side to facilitate travel by mountain bikes, Jeeps, and the like.
