Lemonade Cleansing Fast - Day Four

In the picture above, our neighbors, Cheryl, Blair, and Alyson,
are on the other side of the automobile glass.
They think I am taking a photo of them as they leave to spend the summer in Alaska.
Actually, I was taking my Friday SP.
We were so busy today I didn't get to do much else with my camera.



This was the fourth day of our lemonade fast.
Our energy levels are quite high.
I'm sure that is because we got rid of alot of toxins from our systems this morning.
The day started with the dreaded 'saline solution'.
Saline solution is made up of sea salt and water. When mixed properly it is a natural laxative.
It tastes like salt water; but like the ocean itself it can be a powerful cleansing agent.
It proved to be just that this morning.
