Cleansing Fast - Day Three
Yesterday's PaD left several of open-ended issues:
No, Jill did not snap yesterday's PaD.
That grainy shot in the dark was mine.
The camera was on a tripod and I used the self-timer.
However, today's grainy shot was hand-held.
Jill is fasting too.
I didn't mention her in earlier posts because she may have decided to break her fast early.
So far though, she says it is going too well to quit.
How long will we fast? We don't know yet.
We have to fast at least three days to get any kind of benefit from the cleansing process.
I'll talk a little more about that tomorrow. In any case, we won't go beyond ten days.
It is not a good idea to go without food for more than ten days without the supervision of a 'competent' doctor.
Next, if you are so inclined to try a fast, no matter what you read from me, go to a bookstore or library.
Read the various opinions on the subject of fasting, before you start.
It has been my experience that the "average" medical doctor does not understand fasting.
They must not teach the concept in most medical schools.
I have fasted once or twice, sometimes three times, a year, for more than twenty years. Jill has been fasting for ten.
If it is hurting us, the symptoms are sure taking a long time to show up.
Again I say, a cleansing fast is not for everyone, so this is not a recommendation.
