Lemonade Cleansing Fast-Day Five

We spent the day walking around America's longest inhabited city, St. Augustine, Florida.
We are both very pleased with how well we feel as a result of the fast.
Sometime during Day 6 (Sunday) we will have a small fruit salad to break the fast.
Vegetables of some sort will be added on Monday.
Our intention is to be back to 'normal' eating by Wednesday.
Wednesday is a special anniversary for us. We will travel to Orlando to celebrate it.
We don't think we can properly celebrate solely on lemonade.
