On a forum somewhere, you asked what this was.
I had great trouble logging in to thr forum, involving new password and re-activation, so had so the message by then.
First think - a rotor each end - Piasecki??
Look up my trusty reference book, now well thumbed U.S. Military Aircraft Designations and Serials since 1909
Anyway, 01270 is a YH-16A-PH Piasecki Transporter, originally designated the XH-27-PH
