The noise isn't too distracting to me. I like the catchlights in her eyes and her natural expression.

The little girl has a fantastic natural kind of look about her that almost defeats the fact you must have been pretty close up. The eyes are gorgeous. Shame its noisy overall, this deserves to be silky smooth. Its a great composition.
