How to season and spice....

the raw steak of fish.

Look at what I have done.
I minced carefully a few tomatoes, some leaves of parsley and the dried tomatoes.
Then I added all the other spices and put them all over the tuna fish
Pressing it on both sides.
Then I added a little pure olive oil, salt
and I left all to rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
