Wanda and I spent about an hour at a nearby pond photographing Yellow-headed Blackbirds. The males in breeding colors are so pretty. This little guy posed for me about 15 minutes, less than 20 feet away from where I was standing. It made for a nice frame filling image.
Here is Wanda with the 10D with the EF-400mm f/5.6L mounted. She's making good use of that fence.
