Amy or Amos?

Ellie has been pestering me all day to take this shot. Stage left we have Chocolate then Amy aka Chip and Cookie... Chocolate - Chip - Cookie!! (that's my idea!!) You may remember we had another baby piggy, Honey from THIS POTD, well sadly, she died while we were away on holiday. So now we have these three little piggies.

Amy is now nine weeks old and doing just fine. She's very tame from being handled several times a day by Ellie, perhaps it's because she's easy to catch!

Cookie is just the opposite, very difficult to catch, Ellie say's she's like soap! She's very fast but once caught she's very calm and likes to snuggle under your chin.

Chocolate is just lovely, she's Debs favourite so she must be good! We have noticed a slight change in shape towards her rear end just lately. Deb thinks it's middle age spread but I think otherwise, which means Cookie could be a Charles and Amy could be a potential Amos... LOL!!

Oh dear!!

Very cool shot. Great with the white background too! We could never get one of these to sit still, never mind 3. Great capture, and nice portraits of nice animals.

This is great. However did you get them to sit still?

This is a great shot.

I want to know how you got not one, but three guinea pigs to sit still long enough for a photo together. Nicely done.

I just want to register my disgust with how sharp this photo is! Stop it. Cookie looks huge.

LOL regarding the names and possible pregnancy. Very tender and nicely done image. I am so touched that I am withdrawing my complaint to the Grand PooBah of Pbase that people should NOT be allowed to use cute little animals that are tearjerking in their PaDs.

didn't I tell you? Well if you want 14 piggies - then wait to see what Amy/Amos is....

My goodness!! We could be seeing MORE piggies in the near future!! Sweet shot, Ian, and I'm sorry to hear about the loss of Honey :(
