Yes I think it's much better now. I don't know why but somehow I think a horizon should be completely horizontal. Might be my own pickyness. Whatever. :-)
Great dof and dark blue colors contrasting with the lights. They look like a row of stars. Garrett are you sure the horizon is horizontal? My eyes might be a bit tired tonight but there's something disturbing about the angle (??)
Thanks. The star effect is natural at f/19. The big problem with f/19 is that it shows the dust on my lens. I cloned out the dust in Photoshop. That was the only postprocessing I did besides the resize. --Garrett
Liked this one very much before and still do. Did you use a star filter or is that natural?

Garrett has his bridge, I have my daughter (*sMiLe*). I like the smooth water surface generated by the long exposure, as well as the pronounced twinkle of the lights. Feels a little cold, a little damp, with a "wee hours" quietness. Nice. --Joe
Thanks for your comment, Ed. The photos of this bridge that I've posted before were taken from my office, but for this photo, I drove to the base of the bridge. The view doesn't look like this every day. The water is usually rough, and the sky is often hazy or overcast. Such is the case today (plus rain). That's why I posted this here instead of trying to reshoot for Eligible. --Garrett
