Carnegie Museum of Art

I had very little time to shoot this lunch break so I went to a stairwell in the building I had scouted out and earmarked for just such an occasion. This is part of the Heinz Architectural Center and it one of the more beautifully designed and also somewhat hidden areas of the Museum of Art.

Love the way the light models the figures, how different it is between the figure in the wall and the staircase. Lovely colours and very, very well balanced. Congratulations !

This is an elegantly artistic image and very exemplary of your creative style. Perfect exposure, provocative composition, dramatic light - this is one remarkable photograph. Excellent work, Ron!

Ron, you have that railing positioned beautifully! It leads the eye right to the artwork.

I really like how you work with lights on things and the colors you manage to highlight.

A beautiful picture with just the right sense of mystery. I want to climb the stairs and see what's there.

beautiful lines and the color is so rich. You caught a great angle on that railing. Very nice, I understand why you had it scouted out. - liza
