In this photo all the men are wearing a Dress Uniform if they have one. Some of the men do not have anything other than thier standard field uniform, but those that do have a dress uniform are wearing them.

This photo is another example ofe a photo that is reversed due tot the photo process and was not re-reversed befor reproduction. This I am told is very common due to period vehicles. This photo is also darker than most of the photos, probably due to a longer exsposure or a slight variation in the chemical mixture used.
