The ‘monument’

Tim said when he first saw this tree in Lincoln Park after the thunderstorm on Thursday evening, it looked like the tree had exploded. We saw it again on Saturday, when Park Service workers were cutting up large parts of the tree scattered around the area.

Excellent photo of what is left of this good size tree and the by the looks of what is on the ground looks a bit on the hollow side.
You could be a part-time reporter for the local paper.
