Yes, grass can grow even at this altitude... but I suspect it needs a little bit of assistance, which is why this area is roped off. Still, this gives you an idea of some of the recreational features at this stop. On the left, you will see a climbing wall. If memory serves me correctly, you can also climb that stone pile in the centre.

For the purposes of orientation, the Alps (more specifically the Mont Blanc Massif) runs along the left side and we are looking in the direction of Val Ferret. If you need a little bit of orientation, please refer back to the M00x series of maps at the start of this gallery.
