Thank you for coming out to the meeting and please see below modifications that we are proposing as part of the plan.

In regards to the area adjoining the trail along Mission Oak Drive we have added the following:

Added 30 foot landscape easement on North side of trail behind Mission Oak Drive
Evergreen Plants six feet in height and provide screening opacity of 75 percent (i.e. Viburnum, bottlebrush, a combination or similar)

Increase setback from 25 feet to 55 feet from Trail behind Mission Oak Drive and Burnt Oak Lane
Added 1 acre park instead of building lot

Changed curvature in road behind trail on East side of Mission Oak Drive
Preserve natural vegetation between the property line and the gas easement pm East side of Mission Oak Drive
