On our trips we like to meet up with friends. Today was one of those days. From Toronto we went to Smiths Falls to have lunch with Gordon and Sandra. Gordon has been a pBase friend of mine for a very long time. I always enjoy his photos. He has a great eye for composition and Photoshop skills to go with it. After lunch we went to the Rideau Canal to have a look around. This is where he gets many of his photos. We learned about the canal (which connects Kingston with Ottawa) and enjoyed a very nice day. Ginny especially liked the clouds and clear blue sky.

This was actually my second meet up with Gordon. Our first was December 6, 2008. It is always fun to meet up with fellow pBasers. As you might imagine, the table talk was about cameras, software and picture taking. As usual, Ginny took a group picture which is cool.
