Pierce School Lofts entry

I don’t know if the “Pierce School” part of this was original, but “Lofts” is definitely a new addition.

*******

We attended an open house of the entire Pierce School Lofts building last weekend and were given permission to photograph whatever we wanted.

The Pierce School was built in 1895, bought by the owners in 2000 for $275,000 as a flooded and rodent infested shell and converted to condos in 2005. All the units are for sale, ranging in price from $359,000 to $699,000 for the lower lofts and $3,399,000 for the 9,500 square foot penthouse.

not the friendliest of entrances, yet portrayed with sharp eye and skills...A+ for riveting perspective Helen..

The 'lofts' sign looks new, as if they thought it would add to the sale price. Is there a shortage of space to live there, people are leaving the administration every minute so if they move out, there is going to be a crash in house prices soon
