The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in Muscat along with its mosque, pictured below. When I processed this picture I didn’t have a clue what the building was except that it was obviously official, but I was intrigued by how the domes on the mosque and building were identical, and on a hunch searched for the religious affairs ministry of Oman, and sure enough, that’s what it is!
