This was taken near the Colorado River Overlook. The cycling trail and hiking trail both lead here. The overlook is about 80 feet ahead. Signs on the distant posts say "Park Bikes Here; Walk to Overlook" and "Hikers Only."

Shot during a hike that started at the visitor's center in Dead Horse Point State Park and followed the canyon rim to a point overlooking the blue evaporation ponds of Intrepid Potash.
