"Sanshochirimen" is small fish that are dried and seasoned with "Sansho" (a type of Japanese pepper).

Taken during the 2016 Higashiyama Hanatouro.

This photo was shot as a RAW (.NEF file) and post processed in DxO Optics Pro then exported to the Gimp for the finishing touches.
