This real estate broker building was situated at the far end of King Fahd Road, close to the King Abdullah Financial District under construction that was featured in a few previous pictures. It's actually a more expansive view of the new district than I ever could have gotten from the car.
For some belated information: The KAFD will consist of 59 towers in an area of 1.6 million square meters for multiple uses. It is considered to be a "window to modernity" in the kingdom since there will be no separation of the sexes in the complex, unlike everywhere else and especially in ultra conservative Riyadh.
