We have had this waiter several times when we have had dinner at Paoli's
Here he is shown making our salads from very fresh ingredients just as we ordered.
The atmosphere at Paoli's is beautiful, with old or restored frescoes on the vaulted walls and ceilings.
The food is pretty nice too !
