Widefooted Treehopper nymph (Enchenopa latipes)

When I first saw this tiny nymph, not much bigger than its attendant ant, it was lying along the stalk of a daisy fleabane flower. I thought it was dead, but it soon got up and moved along the stem, followed closely by its ant! They have a symbiotic relationship, the ant protecting the treehopper in return for the 'honeydew' exuded by the bug.
