The construction of Red Castle was completed in 1899. The original owner of Red Castle Mr. Lee was a tycoon of running merchant vessel fleet.
Unfortunately, two of his vessels were crashed in 1913. He sold out this castle in the same year.
In 1927, the new owner of castle was dead then it was abandoned in the following decades.
After all conservation works completed in 2000, it is a complex of museum and restaurants till now.
