Aerial View of Sedona's Red Rocks

I took my second flight in local flyboy Ted Grussing's motorized glider today...braving some of the monsoon storms that had begun to pop up around the Sedona area. While it was just another day's play to Ted, it was a bit more harrowing to this lover of solid ground! This scene shows an aerial view of the red rock monuments just north of town. The foreground formations include Thunder Mountain on the left with Coffee Pot Rock and Brins Mesa to the right. In the background is Bear Mountain (to the left) along with Boynton and Long Canyons leading to the Mogollon Rim.
