Noted in 2002 at Oostende (OST), Il-76TD UR-78734 (c/n 1013409303) of Yuzhnoye State Office was one of the regular visitors to the Benelux shortly before issues concerning noise and safety meant the type was banned to this important Belgian airport. This 1991-built Il-76 now flies for a Serbian company.
