Our "sleep in...." town for two nights, while we visited Verona and Vicenza, was the tiny village of Torri del Benanco on Lake Garda.
The little town was quiet and charming, and the hotel on the edge of the lake had beautiful views
and a small and colorful harbor, shown in this image.
