This band was playing outside the main hall, as many do, always gathering a crowd. Often couples or men start dancing to their music. This guy was doing a solo performance that is very common, when they slap their legs and boots to the music. It's pretty impressive as well as athletic. It's also very hard to capture anything that demonstrates just how showy it really is.
