This C-23 Yarder is was undergoing a re-build when I took these pics in 2011.
Chances are good the machine will be re-lifed as a dragline dredge yarding rock.
The lifting was handled with an overhead log- supported one one end being tied to
a tree, and on the other a Washington TL-15 allowing that end to lift and swing as
necessary. This worked very well for slinging the large parts off the machinery deck
