Found in Sourthern Suriname and northern to central Brazil
The glands that secrete the toxins that are located in the
skin serve as a defense mechanism to potential predators
The black spots are unique to each frog, serving as an
identifaction tool. The conservation status of this frog
is Vulnerable (UNC 3.1)
