Orion Nebula in B&W

Sedro-Woolley, Wa.

Image Center RA: 05h35m46.720s DE:-05°22'51.65"
Distance is about 1300 light years away in the constillation Orion
This is probably the brightest nebula that we can see from Earth.
Most of the ionizing radiation causing the red coloration, and visible light which enables us to
see the dust and blue reflective color, probably comes from a group of stars called the trapezium.
