Bay Quarter Yokohama is located at the east entrance of Yokohama Station. In the past, it was a former warehouse. It was re-developed from 2005 and completed on 24th August, 2006. Now, it is the combination of shopping mall, car park and residential apartments. The tallest building is a residential apartment. There is a heliport on the roof.
