Beautiful, Lovely lighting.

Those waves are spectacular! I am so impressed with how well you caught them lifted like that. Must've been very exciting to see in person, since it is exciting here!

Like this one - the slight color makes this photo a good one.

This image has some of what I mentioned in the previous one. One problem with color, is it makes an image appear more contrasty than it is in reality. If we made a BW out of this, it would appear flatter. But by introducing more contrast in the sky and water, seperately, we can make it look more like I believe it looked that day.

I really like the color in this around the lighthouse.

Beautiful Kelly. Like the ratio of the water and sky.

The color in the sky and on the beach are distracting. I like how you have captured the wind blown surf at the top of the breaking wave. This is still a good picture though I like the previous one in this series better.

Kelly, I still like this one best, and the way the wave has caught the light in its curve.

I generally like black and white if given a choice, but in this case I do believe I like this one better. It has a warm feeling towards it, even though a storm is possibly on the horizon. I like that the lighthouse can be seen better in this one, and doesn't blend in with the image as in the black and white version.
Perfect timing, and I really enjoy the fact that you have a slight feathering of the waves, even with that high shutter speed, but not too much to where it whisps. Excellent.

I like this one the best. The highlights in the wave and the light level as a whole are better in this one. Great shot.

Like this one even better Kelly, beautifully done.

Beautiful image, and so very painterly. I find it very interesting how well that35-70 takes landscape shots. Gotta try some with mine. :}

Top shot Kelly, You've caught that wind blown wave perfectly. Great weather shot.
