Not much of a photo due to strong wind causing camera shake but shows size difference comapred to adult herring Gull in the foreground.
Adult Glaucous Gull on the shore in front of Dumbarton Castle. Adult Glaucous Gull is fairly uncommon in the Clyde area and this one was also unusually early in the winter.
