Welcome to my photo galleries, thanks for visiting.

My passion is photography of birds and wildlife so here you will find a collection of birding photos from my native Scotland and from trips to other parts of the world. 

My images are taken with two camera systems

- a Canon EOS DSLR of various types, currently a 1D Mark IV, with either a Canon 400mm DO F4 IS or a Canon 100-400 EF IS zoom lens.

- an Apple iPhone 7 which I used for digiscoping through a Swarovski ATS65HD telescope.

All my photo editing is done using Picture Windows Pro details of which can be found on the web site of Digital Light & Colour The final version of this program is now freeware.
