A perfect Spring morning down by the side of Loch Clair facing the brooding hulk of Liathach which was reflected in the mirror smooth surface. I was intrigued with the interplay of the warm direct light just striking the near hill and the very cool blue light reflected from a clear sky on the verdant islands of grass in the loch. The cloud pattern dappling the sky was stunning so I felt justified in leaving a vast expanse of it on show.
