Chemla-Lamèch named some craters after notable people he knew from Corfu, where he had founded the Corfu Observatory in 1924.
This particular crater was named "Vally", after Valli Kogévinas.
However, in 1935 the IAU (International Astronomical Union) didn't accept this designation; it was designated 4692 "Langrenus F". Current name: Bilharz, ID 745 (1976).
Valli Kogévinas (1910-1926) was the daughter of the owner of the hill on which the Corfu Observatory was build.
