Chemla-Lamèch named some craters after notable people he knew from Corfu, where he had founded the Corfu Observatory in 1924.
This particular crater was named "Voutzinas", after Spyros (or Spyridion) Voutsinas.
However, in 1935 the IAU (International Astronomical Union) didn't accept this designation; it was designated 4119 "Fracastor B". Current Name: Fracastorius B, ID 9200 (2006).
