Joop's Dog Log - Wednesday Feb 18

My human is out on a mission.
He has a job to do and won`t be able to post or visit for a few days. Sorry.
I’ll be staying home with my other human. That’s just fine with me.
I love her very much and she loves me back.
She’s a good jogger and walker. So I still get all my walks and runs, and more!
She likes to take me to the forest in Roden. It’s a local parkland,
and it has fences and wildlife grids to make sure the animals stay safe and protected in the woods.
I won’t cross those dangerous things either, not by myself, or anyway, I let my humans think I can’t make it…
See, I just love it when my human carries me across one of those grids!
Makes me feel like a puppy again…

See you in a few days!

Dog folks here in the USA don`t like what we call "cattle guards" either (at least the sensible ones don`t) And even if you could cross it, I think you`re very wise not to let on. Probably good for your other human to have that bonding moment with you, too.

Bronte loves to be carried, too, though she has not been lifted up much since my mom has been in rehab. I wonder if it makes her feel like a pup. hmmmm
We get carried all the time because we are so light. I do not know about those grids! Glad you are being carried.
