Distances are vast in Kuwait City; it's almost impossible to get anywhere by walking and there are no taxis on the streets. After visiting Kuwait Towers, we thought we'd go to the old souq and tried to walk there but finally ended up at this shopping center in desperation to find a cab. I think the entire security detail there was helping us and in the end, we got a taxi back to the hotel.
