Pierce School: Loft unit

This is one of the first floor lofts, of which three were open. I would find it sort of odd to live in one gigantic room with no doors at all ;-).

I don’t have the exact measurements for this loft, but the units other than the penthouse ranged in size from 750 to 1,775 square feet and in price from $359,000 to $699,000

*******

We attended an open house of the entire Pierce School Lofts building last weekend and were given permission to photograph whatever we wanted.

The Pierce School was built in 1895, bought by the owners in 2000 for $275,000 as a flooded and rodent infested shell and converted to condos in 2005. All the units are for sale, ranging in price from $359,000 to $699,000 for the lower lofts and $3,399,000 for the 9,500 square foot penthouse.

I am liking the lofts here much better than the penthouse but no doors at all? That's okay if you live alone. I wouldn't mind it. V

Imagine Helen how much net profits the owner will make! Incredible! A very nice picture of the loft, too bad for the door missing. A very nice image Helen, V

Very chic and modern. Call me old fashion, but a separate bedroom would be nice.
