Penthouse, unusual office sink

The bathroom off the office pictured below. I thought the “sink” was pretty interesting, but the developers used a lot of the original fixtures from the school in the bathrooms.

*******

We attended an open house of the entire Pierce School Lofts building last weekend and were given permission to photograph whatever we wanted.

The Pierce School was built in 1895, bought by the owners in 2000 for $275,000 as a flooded and rodent infested shell and converted to condos in 2005. All the units are for sale, ranging in price from $359,000 to $699,000 for the lower lofts and $3,399,000 for the 9,500 square foot penthouse.

Looks like a horse trough! Or at least a basement wash room from a prior cemetery!

An interesting idea, but I wouldn't like it - too industrial.
