The Sanctuary condos, church window

The Way of the Cross Church, built in 1897 (by most accounts) and purchased in February 2016, was converted into 30 condo units and is now known as The Sanctuary, one of whose units sold for $1,525,000 in May 2017, making it the highest priced condo sale in Northeast Washington since 2008.

I highly recommend taking a look at these for some shots of the interiors, which look stunning: http://dc.curbed.com/2017/5/25/15675928/capitol-hill-condo-sanctuary and http://dc.curbed.com/2016/10/31/13478066/capitol-hill-church-sanctuary

Thanks to Raymond, this site http://rubingroupdc.com/project/281/the-sanctuary/ has some outstanding interior captures.

It's a beautiful, regal looking building... but wow, so expensive! V

I like your image of the exterior far better than the interiors! They seem sterile compared to what I'd imagined.

Ok so now our windows seem so inadequate. At least I can still see out them, provided I clean them occasionally.

I like your composition... I would love to see inside of one of these condos...
