We saw a lot of distilleries in Tennessee, a rare sight for us. This one we actually went into and sampled their moonshine, although they also produce whisky, vodka and other liquors. When I asked where the distillery itself was, they pointed to the back of the showroom, and there it was – two stills, one old and wooden, and one new and stainless steel (following pictures). I couldn’t believe they produced such volume with only that equipment.
